But unlike some countries with built-in training systems, here many staff never receive proper instruction. Instead, bad habits get passed from one generation to the next, and the guest experience suffers. It’s not anyone’s fault—it’s simply a missing piece in the industry.

We believe that by fixing this piece, we can change the entire picture. That’s why we created the Bartending 101 Crash Course: a fast, practical, no-nonsense training that every bartender, waiter, or hospitality worker should receive from day one. It’s free because the basics shouldn’t be a luxury—they should be the standard.
